Primarily, RCP is Richard Parker, CPA, MBA. To provide the highest level of technical support, RCP employs the programming, troubleshooting and design work of Bight Eye Design. Technical support for internet connectivity and seamless interfacing with client systems, RCP also relies on the specialty skills of David Kim. |

Richard Parker offers fifteen years of professional experience and certification as a Public Accountant in the State of New York. Two years with the Big 4 audit firm, KPMG, in Syracuse, NY. A Master's of Science in Business Administration (concentration in Accounting) from San Francisco State University. A Bachelor of Science in Economics from Union College in Schenectady, NY. Four Years as Director of Finance & Administration at the Paleontological Research Institution in Ithaca, NY. Three Years as an Accountant at the Sierra Club's headquarters in San Francisco. Many more years of unique and qualifying experience including; Budget Analyst at Nyack Hospital in Nyack, NY, and Loan Analyst for Key Corp Bank in Seattle, WA. Richard sat three years as a member of the board of the Tompkins County SPCA and has served as the organization's Treasurer. Richard is Vice President and Commissioner of Ithaca's 400 member adult soccer leagues, the Ithaca United Soccer Club (IUSC). He is also Head Coach of the Dryden, NY Boys Middle School Soccer team and Dryden Dragons (youth travel team).
